    Spent the weekend asleep.
Now trying to catch up with work.
And have a very rumblings in the back of my mind that I really can't continue like this. I feel crap and rather than list everything that is wrong I'll leave it at that. Would rather be resting in the sun, cooking lovely nourishing meals, meditating and whatever. Instead I'm exhausted and quite clearly something is wrong. Another trip to quack has resulted in the *blood tests* route so eventually that will happen.
But something has to change. Inspired my a lovely PM from a forum person on here I've investigated chiropractic treatment and a few other ideas.
And am also working out FIRE plans on the back of an envelope/scrap of paper.
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

I sympathise, Watty. I really hope the blood tests show something useful - there seem to be a lot of people (including me) who get no help from standard medical input, so chiropractic might well be a good way forward, its certainly well respected.

Nice potter around the block on Most Handsome.
Came back, ate a bowel of breakfast cereal and collapsed on sofa with kitty.
Will try to do a little work this afternoon then muck out after 5. 30 pm.
Will canx going to yoga. Simply too exhausted.

    Hello Watty
I've been reading through your diary recently loving the stories of Most Handsome and the adopted/fostered/borrowed cat.

I'm sorry to see that you are feeling so rough. Can you give yourself a few days off from everything bar looking after the animals. MK your life for a few days and only do things that bring you joy as you sound really worn out. I have a chronic problem with my back so I sympathise how wearing being in pain is.

I hope things start to look up soon.

I was thinking of you and that cat yesterday, Watty ... a ginger tom has been sunning himself on the roof of my collapsing shed. Never wanted to be stroked, would actively avoid me if I got within 20 feet of him, normal solitary cat behaviour. This week, he's decided the roof is too dangerous to lie on (and he's right, it is!) and he tried laying on the patio again, but its not isolated for him. And he's started wandering about wailing - not a "feisty tomcat" wail, but the kind of yowling when a mother's looking for her kittens. And he was desperate to be stroked yesterday, actually came running up to me - I know males don't go on heat, but he acts like a queen on heat. Weird! He's very slim, but he's still not begging for food, I think he's just distressed that he can't sleep on my shed any more :o

Hope you are having a relaxing weekend Watty, with your feet up and not trying to do anything at all

Cats can be so self contained - its always very flattering when they seek you out.

Perhaps he's asking you to get the roof mended!

Back to post. Things unravelled even more if possible and now have a diagnosis of some weird condition that no one seems to have heard of (bppt) which is why I am so knackered and why the room keeps spinning round me at an alarming rate. Probably caused by osteopathic treatment and the neck adjustments.
Inspired by a pal on here found a different chiropractor locally who does no "cracking stuff" and he suggests about 10 sessions should help. Doc says about 10 weeks and whole thing should settle down.
Shoulder still vile but that's the least of my problems :)

Just back from fabulous 4 days in Portugal. Sun rest and good food and for one of those days I was actually pain free. I'm now thinking about going back in a weeks time if Mr Watty will look after animals.

By the way I should add that whilst in Portugal I remembered Goldie posting about her low salt diet and how helpful that was - so - had a totally salt free day as found amazing vegan raw food place to eat - and - that was the day I felt best so going to be checking that out in more detail. Thank you Goldie :j
