Thats been going on all this time that's very debilitating, I'm so sorry, Watty. I really hope it starts to shift soon.

Thanks. Have made an appointment to see an osteopath tomorrow to see if he has any ideas. I'm exhausted. Means cancelling riding lesson but really need to get this sorted out somehow. I think my general apathy to life is being caused by the pain getting me down.

I don't drink Floppy. Although I am reconsidering that!
Osteopath made some improvements whilst there and said he thought the problem was partially in a neck muscle that affected the top 2 ribs as well as shoulder. All sounded good especially as I had more mobility when I left - but - by the time I got home I was so sore I took two painkillers and went to bed to sleep. Lost entire day. This morning I have a chronic headache, neck pain and the pain in shoulder is back and all mobility I had in treatment room has gone too. Its past 10 and all I've managed to do is have breakfast. Epic fail for osteopathy I'd say!
