No, because the one that was tried didn't work at all so it seems no more can be done.


After a day of feeling hopeless I've spent some time with google and am off to London to see someone today to see what he says. Don't quite understand the therapy/treatment so it might be a bit of a waste of time but was feeling desperate and so one train fare purchased and an appointment made.

Interesting appointment. Chap did some work on shoulder and increased mobility but did not lessen pain. He doesn't think shoulder is frozen but had another idea. Suggested going for a follow up in next couple of weeks if I think he has made an improvement. So far I think he has. Cautiously waiting ....

Lovely delivery just arrived with a courier. I helped someone with their press release and put a quote in for them, so all of about 10 minutes chatting and doing and they have sent me a small box of their goodies, two of which I use and love and one of which I might just ebay. How lovely of them

Buying in bulk is not helpful when aiming to be clutter free.
Mind you nor is just buying because we can't find what we want or didn't take it with us. Part way through the bathrooms. Disappointed to see we - or shall I say Mr Watty - has multiple pots of stuff to repel insects and to treat their bites should the first stuff not work. Whereas I have 4 pots of arnica, 3 tubes of arnica bruise cream, 3 tubs of arnica gel, a comfrey balm and a tube of traumel all to treat bruises LOL

Excellent beginning to the day as took Most Handsome out with two neighbours for a potter round the lanes. Cleaned both bathrooms. No buying of stuff until sure we have empty cupboards from here on in! May yet remove all the 'spares' and stash in a box under the bed.
Most excellent end to a Sunday evening as sold original saddle worn by Most Handsome (cost me £350 new and got £160 for it) and then sold £97.10 worth of decluttered china on ebay). Fabulous. Looking forward to doing the money reckoning up later next week to see how signature can improve

London yesterday for follow up with private doc who I saw last year when mood was at lowest. Follow up £75. Honestly so worth it, the difference sorting out hormones has made is remarkable. If only could find similar fast fix for shoulder
On way back to station bought 2 lovely (spark joy) small boxes for top drawer of bedside table and now the base and lid each form a lovely little divider so all bits in drawer have own spot instead of randomly scuffling about in there and hiding. Funny how that has made me so happy
