When you're in that level of physical pain, Watty, life coaching won't really be that much help. That's my personal experience anyway, and if you want to blind someone with science, you can also refer them to Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs
http://www.simplypsychology.org/maslow.html#needs5
I loved this! It sort of fits where I am. Focusing on compliant business, saving my £50,000 resolving pain, working on health.
The next level will come in a bit.Hello Watty1,

Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

So back from physio who was thoughtful and lovely and can't see how I can do some of the exercises so easily when there is clearly something wrong. She suggested MRI and was astounded I had got Doc to refer me already. However it might take up to 3 months to come through apparently.
She knows of a place near Waterloo station in London that will do it for £200 - so - she is going to refer me there and I'm going to pay. She had some ideas of what might be going on but wants MRI. Really like her. £200 findable. Can't put up with this pain so that's the plan now. Should get her referral form in post Sat then can make private appointment.
Most Handsome had farrier and is now back in expensive 'heels'
And hay bought.
Very little else done. Cheap village curry for dinner then will go off to yoga class and then hopefully coffee at local pub and catch up with girlfriend if she is there after yoga.
Am not adding up what was spent today :rotfl:Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

£200 doesn't sound too bad for an MRI, and it sounds well worth it to investigate your pain now rather than wait months for the referral.
Hope MH likes his heels and hay! Always nice to have those fresh.0 -
MH most appreciative of the money spent on him
Waiting for referral to come through so I can book private MRI.
Just been to supermarket for quick top up. Was a bit more expensive than I would like - reason no list and no real plan
Tuesday is earmarked for a major 'cook for month session' so need to do plan this weekend.
Off to muck out now.

Thanks all. MRI done yesterday. £250 as went for first available slot rather than w/end one. Physio should have results Friday but know she is away til Monday. Only brief wait.
NHS MRI 3 months waiting list apparently.
Been quiet here. Spent a couple of days doing *the cooking* and now think we have enough meals sorted until early April.
And focusing on business meant re-printing all reply paid envelopes to meet Post Office regulations. Just moved around 5000 old ones to recycling bin as I get fined £10 each time they invoice me for non-compliance. Well, I say each time, it is somewhat random but as one of my new years resolutions was the business seems sensible to be fully compliant. Setting intentions as it were.
There, that brief summary covers a few days!Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
