:j Have sold another of those "things" that I don't know what they are. Someone offered £32 on a 'buy it now" and I accepted happily. Waiting for them to pay now.
No idea what it is :rotfl:
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

Parcel wrapped and sent. Wondering if Mr Watty has any more of them in barn???
KM the kitchen utensils. Few released, couple in recycling and some in charity bag. Decided kitchen drawer needed a nice organiser and spent happy time on web selecting one and then was just about to buy at £25 when realised that was not really in the spirit of KM or my saving £50 k. Organised drawer with a few empty plastic sandwich type boxes. I rarely use them for food and I know where they are if needed. Very happy with results of drawer and saving.
Sometimes I forget myself :rotfl: Just glad I remembered before actually parting with the £25 !

Finally got the bill from the planning consultant's visit last summer. Can't help but wonder about her financial management issues :)
The idea about rebuilding the stable block is still rattling around, but, first, we need to get ourselves a little more independent from my company income so will not be progressing that - although - I do confess to reading up on solar energy as I'm wondering if DIY Solar panels on the roof there may power our house. DIY being so much cheaper than having someone install it.

Old biscuit and sweet tins get recycled into drawer organisers and cake tins or in DS's case for pens/pencils and fiddly bits of airfix. I realise how frugal my mum was, as I got that idea from her :D

Billing so long after visit?! I'd have serious cash flow problems doing that!

Great link KC. Will try to get Mr Watty on board as he will be the installer.
No biscuits or sweets in this house :rotfl: hence shortage of drawer organisers!
