  • I'm with you all the way Watty on rebuilding funds, we cannot pay any business bills at the moment and are seriously economising.

I am super pleased for you, you'll rebuild the money in no time xx

You had a setback ATB, and a serious one, but, you will get there too.
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

Went for a nice 45 min walk around the lanes on Most Handsome with lovely neighbour. I need to learn to relax. It was a little fraught with both of us up tight and him very spooky and my reins too short.

OK lets rephrase that. Went for a lovely walk with nice neighbour and Most Handsome was a little spooky which was not suprising as I was very tense as it was the first time we have been out with another horse since he came back into work. However, he behaved beautifully and the only serious spook was at a dead and mostly eaten badger and I pulled him up after 3 strides. Go Me.

Was that better? I do hope so.

And business news? I have applied for a place on a local 6 month enterprise programme to learn digital skills to develop the business. I started off applying for 'something to do' but now I've thought about it I really really want the place. I will hear if I've been successful mid September. Fingers crossed.

Ooh a step closer from current account...how long until it hits mortgage account now? The suspense!!!

Enterprise programme sounds good, fingers crossed for a place. :)

Yuk to the badger! Glad Most Handsome behaved though. Been years since I rode (pre-DS) but lovely to read your and others' adventures :)

Re the badger - can't say I blame Most Handsome.

I was seriously spooked yesterday morning when I found a dead pigeon on the driveway yesterday:eek: I only settled when Mr Goldie had removed it!
