That's great news that you can do it via the directors loan route, I'm so pleased for you.

We have a franking machine too, it took me an age to get to grips with it, I was certain someone should have come out and set it up for me! All best wishes, ATB x

Lovely day. Took dog to agility class - its a working dog agility class and at 10 years old he no longer actually does very much but it is a fun place to go - and free - as I helped the trainer set it up.
£2 spent on 2 bunches of garden gate dahlias.
Now trying to decide if its clean the hob - or - read 2 reports for which I get paid ...its actually a tough call...but I think the reports win out :)
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

I'm glad the weekend is so much better than the franking machine fiasco!

I did. Although one proved to be very dubious and will need to call the boss on Monday to follow up.

Thank you. Another nice day - but - not entirely sure where it went. Have come to realise that the 40 bags in 40 days lent challenge cleared a lot - but - there is more to go.

Started clearing kitchen cupboards as food spend is once again out of control and need to get it down. 5 opened bags of pasta - all the same - is an indication of how bad things are :) 2 cupboards done, granola cooking, house freezer defrosting.

    Exciting news about mortgage/ director's loan! :D:D:T

The decluttering thing just seems to go on and on, doesn't it?! I'm trying the Marie Kondo thing which is meant to help stop that. WHilst I can't see it fully stopping it here (children!) it *is* helping with the areas which have been thoroughly 'done' x

Five opened bags of the same pasta, yes, there's an issue :kisses3: the advantage of having kids is that it won't be long before they're used up :D

But yes, decluttering goes on .... and on ... and on ...

Final payment calculated as of todays date: £22,626.03

All funds transferred to one account to make payment. And...
payment was declined by bank... have no idea why. As mortgage is with the bank that the money is sitting in I've left them to sort it out.

It might take up to 3 days to sort apparently.

Bit of an anti-climax especially as I've dithered over making this final step as although it means we are mortgage free - we are in debt still :)
