Thanks. I also realised that it is 22% of the years target - but - it hasn't made much of a difference. But I had inspiration today rattling around the internet I found a 40 bags in 40 days lent challenge and with today being Ash Wednesday I've embarked on this. I've adapted it slightly as I'm going to use it to tackle 40 areas of the house and outside that need work. So today I did one of the garden beds which has now been weeded and pruned. My plan is to identify 40 areas (I've 23 identified so far) and to actually deal with them and everything in it. So, it might mean spending too as the one area I did clear actually needs planting up but last night during a bout of insomnia I researched the plants and made a list of them ready for slightly warmer planting weather.Goldiegirl wrote: »81/365 is way ahead of target, so you are succeeding

Being outside will benefit the depression too ... do you want to go the medical route, or self dose with herbs? Deep breathing with brisk walking is a great first aid for feeling bad ... but even "low grade" depression could well be beyond first aid measures. Do prioritise taking care of yourself, seriously, don't let it drag on :kisses3:2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Might be a bit beyond first aid measures like a walk although am noticing am better with active 'doing' but am just way too demotivated to do that. Will try self dosing with herbs.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

You're noticing it and you're talking about it, Watty, thats the main thing - the next step has to be one that suits you, whatever it is. Keep on chatting on here
