Being outside will benefit the depression too ... do you want to go the medical route, or self dose with herbs? Deep breathing with brisk walking is a great first aid for feeling bad ... but even "low grade" depression could well be beyond first aid measures. Do prioritise taking care of yourself, seriously, don't let it drag on :kisses3:2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Deep breathing with brisk walking is a great first aid for feeling bad ... but even "low grade" depression could well be beyond first aid measures.
