Been to town, returned the shirts bought yesterday and got hopefully a more suitable one. Went on my bike again.

Feel a bit grim now, earache, headache and sore throat. Did want to sit in the garden but neighbour's building work rumbles noisily on and my head is too sore.

WM just finishing so I'll get that on the line and then back to the paperwork.

Lamewolf, I don't think it's daft at all. Have you seen the frump to fabulous threads? The first thing they suggest is a squirt of perfume every day - even if you're not going anywhere! Because we're worth it ;) not that I'm suggesting you are a frump, of course!!! :o
Cheers Bossy - and thanks for paraphrasing my long-winded pm to a sensible description of the Challenge.:D
I used to actually post on the F To F thread; then I had a major falling-out with another poster who thought I should go and live in a nursing home to spare Mr LW the abject misery of having to look after me.:mad::mad: So I left and didn't look back.
I must admit, I don't really care for perfume (I do use deodorant though :D) - even when I used to "bother", perfume is something I only used if we were going out; my "starting point" I think is my jewellery. I never used to spend any time at all without at least a Pentagram on.:o
LameWolf I love your challenge. Have you ever read 'A Day Book of Comfort and Joy'?

    http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/simple-abundance-sarah-ban-breathnach/1100173108?ean=9780446545310
Not heard of it before; I'll make a note, in the hope I get chance to read it (currently it's taking me about 6 months to read a book, as I have very little time for reading).
    Morning all from sunny Helsinki.:hello:

bossy can I go down for 2 challenges - the C25k (will have to look for instructions) and also if LW doesn't mind can I borrow her challenge. While I was drinking I lived in jogging bottoms, my personal hygiene took a severe hit, and make-up, jewellery and perfume went out of the window. So I am going to challenge myself to wear jogging bottoms ONLY for jogging:D and apply perfume at least everyday. Jewellery and make-up may take a bit longer.
Of course you can borrow my Challenge.:o Truth to be told, I'll be glad of the company, because daft as it may sound, I'm going to find it quite hard.

The problem is, I dislike myself, and that's not the best position to start from.

Anyways... today so far I've walked and fed Lizzie, done her postcard home, and made pasta bake (currently baking):D and choccie mousse.

Lizzie's due to be picked up at 15:30, so I'll have to pack her bag after lunch; we'll be having our main meal at lunchtime as Mr LW is wfh today.:o

Normally I just lurk and do(ish) lists as I can, BUT felt the need to post today

15 MINUTES you're having a giraffe!!!! Kids have been home for nigh on 6 weeks. That poxy job took me nearly 3 hours (and breathe) .

Sorry rant over back to my jobs :D.

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

So - first update on challenge  :

DS getting a bit lairy this morning so I thought I'll take him to the park and start my first learn to run session. Off we went, plugged in my ears and he was running alongside :A

So we are running up and down the footy pitch and honestly I was just done in after the first 3 intervals  then I spotted my friend and her DD in the play park waving at me, OMG I had a baseball cap on :rotfl: so I went and told her what I was doing, and sat down for a rest :o

We did start again after 10 mins but I never completed - I did 6 of the 8 intervals.

Also TMI ALERT: I appear to have slight pelvic floor issues  gawd it was never like this when I used to run before having kids :rotfl:

I will try again tomorrow and stick with day 1 till I can do it without passing out. Lol.

Mr LW and I keep baseball caps it the car, for if we need to cover our heads due to unexpected sunshine if we're out (me because sun on my head makes me feel sick, him because sun on his head = a very red bald spot). It's OK though - they have "Anglian Wolf Society" embroidered on them.:rotfl: See, it's OK to wear a baseball cap if it's the right baseball cap.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Highly experimental pasta bake was a great success - good thing too, as we've got the 2nd half of it for dins tomorrow.:D

Well I'm back from school to an empty house. And do you know what, I feel ok! Well, that is, I can see I have a heap of things to do before 3.30, lol.

    But I'm not crying! :T

We did have a small wobble before he got dressed, and he has had a "wobbly tummy" but other than that, he seemed quite happy when I left him.

Right, toy pick up in conservatory so roof man doesn't trip over anything, then I will tackle kitchen and make a start on decorating the small cake for tomorrow...

HHC about to start in my bedroom which is in a very sorry state. :o

Well done Bossy for attempting W1 of C25K. I'm not out of the starting blocks yet. I may do it tomorrow after I've taken the kids to school.
