i didnt manage as much as id hoped, put wu in soak, put DS2s tea on - hes got scouts so got to eat early. found some more shoes that i think are too small so destined for CS. must remember to look for bigger walking boots for him now hes gone up a couple of sizes since he last wore them. tortoise fed, recycling sorted.
need to carry on and do some more
Been chasing my tail only Mrs M-Pjust got a chance to get back onto lappy.....all the small appliances done with the stainless steel cleaner, so then used on the big appliances too, cooker, cooker hood, outside of microwave, and kitchen scales
Finished all the kitchen doors, sockets, kick boards, washed all tea, coffee, sugar canisters, pasta jar, rumpot, fruit bowl. Kitchen plants watered, clutter rehomed, skirting boards wiped.....DW done x 2 (thanks to DD3 for that one)
Utility windowsill and one worksurface wiped
Sorted out mobile contract for next 2 years, and weaseled the phone I wanted at a discount :money: arrives tomorrow morning
Sorted repeat scrip should be ready for end of week
Wm again X4 , just pegged last load out in the dark as temp was 23deg outside according to thermometer - humidity is against me overnight obviously, but worst case scenario will be dry by 11am tomorrow morning
Put DD4 steriliser away in the cupboard for dire emergencies.....she protests at Daisy milk in a bottle, so easier for me to stop what I am doing and go into Daisy mode, than to faff around with making up a bottle from frozen Daisy and find a co operative young Skint to [STRIKE]give[/STRIKE] wrestle it down her neck
Bins done
looking at the kitchen, the last big things to be done - polish the sink and mop the floor :j:j:j:j
washing kitchen windows and all the main doors can wait :rotfl:

[STRIKE]Rehome anything that is out of place[/STRIKE]

Clean the window and windowsill. [STRIKE]Rehome anything that shouldn't be there[/STRIKE]I have hoovered the window sill :rotfl: dead leaves from plants and dead wasps that obviously upset DD1 last night (decluttered wasp spray back out of reach of the little Skints)
[STRIKE]Sort through your cookery books/magazines. Are there any that you don't need that are just taking up space? Rehome them to the local charity shop...[/STRIKE] nope all the cookery books and loose recipes in the kitchen are the ones that come out time and time again, splattered with ingredients, mainly indian spices  all the food PRON cookery books and SW recipe books are upstairs!

Kaz you are right, there are some tools he made many moons ago, since he had been in the job since aged 15, but they will be staying here as the memories and stories attached are huge, the everyday tools were kept as DS was thinking about following him, but since his shoulder and back are already arthritic there is no chance he could do that job long term!RIP Iain

A busy day is about to start. Everyone is up and breakfast has been eaten. I'm going to walk the youngest 2 to school at 8.30, then visit the market to get my fruit (much cheaper than Te5co). I'll walk home and attempt a bit of the list before I go to work. I'm trying to decide if I should cycle. The road is a high traffic area and the pavement is very narrow. Back home at 2pm and another chance to fly. I have 2 extra boys tonight after school so dinner needs to be early. To finish it all off I'm babysitting at 7.15 unless I get a text today to say its off.
Good luck and butterfly calming vibes to all flykids and flyladies with children starting/changing schools this week.

It's foggy out this morning, hoping it clears so the bedding can go on the line. Accidentally left OHs socks on the line overnight, do I need to rewash or just let them dry out again?
I need to make a soup today so shall have to pop to either the green grocer or the farm shop, depending on how far I want to travel, might just be green grocer actually.
