Ok, let me know if you get their bank details,;) They told me they don't accept Giro slips or standing orders:mad:
I am in the same boat waiting on them to contact me. I was in a DMP with the CCCS for 18 months. I then moved to self managed and they wouldn't let me pay by standing order. I contacted them many times and haven't heard anything from them since July.
I don't know what is going to happen with it.
They defaulted me in 2010 so I'm not worried about that but I don't want a CCJ landing especially when I have tried to make arrangements to pay.
Pounds to Pocket & QQ are affiliates btw.0 -

I have, in the past, had a Payment Plan with Quick Quid....they accepted it pretty easily but I had to pay like £75 per month....they wouldnt accept any less...so I don't know how flexible they are with regards to lower payments...
But making the Payment Plan with them was really easy...I just spoke to the Collections Team and they made the Plan....But then again, they did it by taking money from my Card....which I know you don't want to do....
Hope you hear from some of them soon hun x0 -

Presuming you have already asked them to keep all correspondence to writing, reply saying that Section 3.3k of the OFT debt collection guidance says:
"3.3 Examples of unfair or improper practices are as follows:
k. ignoring or disregarding debtors' reasonable requests in respect of when, where and how to contact them"
And it even goes as far as to say:
"For example, shift workers may ask not to be telephoned during certain times of the day.
Also, some debtors may request contact by email rather than by telephone."
- and you will be making a complaint to the OFT and FOS if they continue to ignore your requests.

Received from Speedloan today
Thank you for your letter requesting that we accept a lower payment towards your account.
I understand that you may have fallen into financial difficulty but I am not able to accept an offer such as this on a long term arrangement.
If you are unable to make your contractual payment your account may be passed to a collections agency for recovery, more interest may be added to your account as your balance will not be reducing and a Default Notice may be added to your credit file.
Please contact us so that we can try to help you keep to the terms and conditions of our agreement and stop any of the above.
I will hold your account for 5 days whilst we await your response, if you have any further questions please call us on 0844 4480527.
Yours sincerely
