yes i have i received an email from clarity and for my £648 they excepted £30 every four weeks,

once it is passed on you will hear very little from swift after they pass it on, in fact my dealings with clarity has been very easy and everything was done online, and I have not even spoke to them

    I hope this helps

Thanks, that is really helpful information.

Have you had any other dealings with any other PDL's I have?

that was 2 months ago and i have not received any email, letter, or phone call.

  • Hi There, I too got into the PDL Trap....and I only managed to get out of it by sheer luck...

I hope you manage to get Repayment Plans with these Companies...and that they leave you alone after that!!

Thanks, how did you get out of it?

Did you manage to get repayment plans?
  • Hi There, this is not going to be helpful to you I'm afraid...I got a Lump Sum of Compensation for something....so was able to pay them all off....but that was sheer luck really....

Keep persevering, hopefully they will cave in eventually....
