The "can i blame it on an employee" nonsense was just that, nonsense. Even if all of that is true, it won't just get them off the hook - the business is responsible for the actions of their employees while they are working and should ensure employees are appropriately trained before they are set loose on the world.Common sense?...There's nothing common about sense!0
