I've already sent an email informing them that they're committing fraud and have also given their details to other companies and suppliers.
I've also warned them that if they carry on I will take the matter further. (Does anyone know how I would take the matter further?)

As it's not fraud then you better hope that the customer doesn't understand data protection, libel and defamation of character laws and sue your !!! off
