She's been trying every other Subway in the region looking for reasons to complain.

Just spoke to them, the lady who wrote the letter to me said there's nothing else there would be willing to do. When I said I was going to take legal action/advice she turned around and said that's your choice.

Her attitude stank tbh, it now makes me more willing to take this futher, and go to the newspapers aswell.
