Yes, I was thinking the same thing.
It does state on the packaging not to get the product on the oven door seals.0 -
What pressure hose wash was it? you may well have weakened your door.weight loss target 23lbs/49lb0

The glass on my last oven door could be removed on it's own away from any seals. I haven't looked on my new oven but I did notice in the manual it says not to use any abrasive cleaners or scratches may cause the glass to explode. It is possible the door was scratched when placing it down in the garden and that has caused the problem.
Unless I am missing something the OP said she used a hose but I didn't see a pressure hose mentioned.0 -

No pressure it's like a dripping tap lol0 -
I'm not sure if you will get anywhere with a complaint but I am pretty sure I have cleaned my oven glass with the oven cleaner as well so I won't be doing that again! I think it will have made others think as well. It must have been a real shock when it happened and its a blessing no-one was injured. Very scareyweight loss target 23lbs/49lb0

Very scary indeed! I would, without a doubt, take it further. Imagine what the outcome could have been! Remind me never ever to use that product - thank you.0 -

You won't get far at all with this one.
Evidently you haven't read the directions. The tuff you have got is for use in a bag with the oven racks, not for direct application onto the oven.

I've used this stuff to clean my oven loads, and that includes the glass.
No problems. Though I left the glass in.0 -
The point is that there is no correlation between cleaning the oven door yesterday and the oven door exploding today. The OP needs to prove the door exploded because of the cleaning.
I'm also suggesting that the OP has failed to read the directions.

The point being that there is no evidence connecting the two events - very similar to the OP's situation. Circumstantial maybe, but there is nothing positive to link the two events. This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
