Whats wrong with wall to wall blood, gore and bodies?

Makes a change from the girly fluff I'm reading on my kindle at the moment.

Oh? What is it? What would you rather be reading?

And indeed - why aren't you reading it instead?

Curtains can be replaced easily enough.

I'm not reading it because it is girly fluff, once I'm finished with the ebook I'm part way through I need to have a search of my amazon account to find something less fluffy to read.

There's usually plenty Amazon free books. Unfortunately, a whole lot of them are something like "[STRIKE]Banging[/STRIKE] Romancing a Billionaire"...

What genres are you interested in?

    Well, apart from Chick-lit... ;)

Yes the freebies is how I have over 10k books to read, luckily I was a little more discerning than that number suggests and only around 400 of them are chick lit. Lots of crime fiction, sci-fi, and "comedy" the latter tend to only be funny due to the poor quality of writing.

I've also a fairly tall stack of paperbacks which I still need to read, some of which are goodreads wins so I ought to get them read and reviewed at some point.

That's how some of my posts are funny - so don't knock it...

They're not grabbing your fancy now that you have them?

I must admit, I'm a bit the same with DVDs alas.

Not so much that they don't appeal as I don't have the time to read them. As a general rule I read tree-books at home and ebooks everywhere else, but since I've been working I've not really had time to read at home, been spending my evenings online doing the online surveys/earnings stuff that when I wasn't working I was doing during the day.

At the moment when I read and finish an ebook I'm then deleting it from my amazon account since I'm never going to re-read any!

I've got over ten thousand of them.....even reading at the pace I do I doubt I'll get through them in my lifetime!

You a fast reader, or do you skim?

Depends on the books. Some books I get a few pages in and go "This is crap..." and start another.

There's 400 books of "[STRIKE]Banging[/STRIKE] Romancing a billionaire" you're probably not going to read much of... :rotfl:
