Just opened mine and there was a little water in the tank and some condensation.........has anyone else had that?I'm guessing mine has been used and returned already, not sure whether to try it and then return if there is a problem or just return and swap for an unused one
A lot of steam mops come with that, it is residual from testing in the factory. The instructions may well mention this.0 -

This is the same as the one I opened. However I can't be sure it had been returned etc as the box didn't seem to have any signs of being opened before.

I think that it is quite normal as I recently bought a pressure washer from Halfords and there was water residue, I too thought it might be a return however all the packaging was completely intact0

I used mine tonight. Seems to do a good job. I am pleased with it. I do see the need to get more pads for it tho. Very easy to assemble and use.0
