I did ask Customer Services what would happen if I needed to return it for whatever reason, and they said they go by the product catalogue code (which is on the box and the receipt) so it won't matter :j

Has anyone reserved one at a store, but ts to be ordered and collected at a later date?? Just wondering if I order one for it not to be the Vax one when i Go to collect it on Monday

They are in a proper vax box

Just picked mine up, its in a proper vax box with the steamworks mop number on the box

I decided to pick one up also, asked about returns due to problems and was told that you could not return to Argos but had to go direct to Vax.

Mop comes with a 2 year guarantee but to get this you need to register online. I asked if they (Vax) would accept receipt as it was for a steamworks one, so she had manager write down a confirmation that I was given this when ordering a steamworks one.

It's a waste if it develops a fault and you can't have it fixed, so do get that confirmation as the Vax S87 T2 is not listed on their website or internal computer system.

Wonder if it is a deliberate glitch to shift stock and hope people take up the spend £50 for voucher also?
