Got mine yesterday and used this morning. Very easy to assemble and use. Thanks OP.


For those asking, i wouldn't use detergent, i put a few drops of Lavender oil in the water compartment, as i already had some lavender oil. Use the fragrance of your choice? Cheap too, i've had the bottle an untold number of years. It's only a 10ml bottle.

Cheers OP, picked up mine this afternoon. Could have got it for free as I asked to view it first just to make sure it was the Vax and when I took the view slip over, the assistant took my slip, stamped it, gave me the Vax asked if I would manage to carry it out like that!

I've ordered from ebay as I couldn't find them locally.

I looked up the S87-T2 model in the Spares section of the Vax website to see which official pads fit that model. They also list lots of other models which are compatible with that particular type of pad, so I referred back to that list when looking around ebay and it was then really easy to find some. (Hope that makes sense!)

Thankyou for posting BIG MOC :T I also got one from Middlesbrough store today. Funny thing was, I saw this horrible cheap looking mop coming down on conveyor belt and thought..."oh, oh..I'm gonna have to send this back". Luckily the Vax followed afterwards which was mine!

I got 5 pads from b&m for £4.99- I think they are better than the one that it came with. they are a little smaller, but they fit better.
not my find someone else posted it. they were in the electrical aisle.

Were they displayed alongside the steam mops? They sound great but I couldn't see any in my nearest B&M (Hemel). Saw some steam mops but no pads.

A quick question,

My grandmother would like one of these now so if i was to order one to come into store would it be a vax??

Also if i ordered one to be delivered would it be a vax??
