Oh dear... I dived, headlong, off the bandwagon.
To be fair, this has been a very unusual month with lots of working away. My waistline is suffering!

Well its the last day of September and I managed 6/9 .
Hope we have an October thread? If so I will have a good start (if a little bit of a cheat) as I have a meeting in London tomorrow so Breakfast will be smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, toast and juice courtesy of virgin trainsand lunch will be provided at the meeting
....so not exactly taking my own, but at least not paying for my own :T
