Oh dear... I dived, headlong, off the bandwagon.

To be fair, this has been a very unusual month with lots of working away. My waistline is suffering!

    Here's [STRIKE]hoping [/STRIKE] planning like a demon for a more frugal october...

I did it! I've eaten an awful lot of philadelphia and crackers this month but it has been well and truly worth it - day 17 for me :j

    Hi Folks,

Well its the last day of September and I managed 6/9 .

Hope we have an October thread? If so I will have a good start (if a little bit of a cheat) as I have a meeting in London tomorrow so Breakfast will be smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, toast and juice courtesy of virgin trains ;) and lunch will be provided at the meeting :D....so not exactly taking my own, but at least not paying for my own :T

    Evening All :j

It's the last day of September and everyone should feel really pleased with themselves.

Tiglath as you'll see in my sig the motto of this thread is

"It's OK to falter otherwise how would we know what success feels like"

You know what went wrong and now have the power to change it :)

Same goes for you lotti ;)

I will do a final update and then we can start afresh, good luck everyone for October :T
