  • Hello All

If it's not too late I'd like to join please. I work from home one day a week and am aiming to take my lunch to work the other four. So far this week I managed all four days

Total aim for September is 17 days.

    Have a good weekend everyone.

    Bet x
Worrying won't stop bad stuff from happening, it just stops you from enjoying the good.
  • Day 4 done, on track with the first week!

Am out the office quite a bit this month, am hoping i can get away with counting any days where the company I visit provides lunch (cheeky I know, but at least I won't have spent on it!) and then need to come up with ideas for lunches I can take with me for other days when i don't get free food, that (a) don't take up much space, and (b) don't need chilling - cheese sandwiches is all I've got so far!! Any ideas?

Right I've updated the first page but if I have the number of days wrong for anyone then give me a shout, ty.

    So we have some newcomers to welcome;

Bublin1, Flat Eric, In_Debt_Bet welcome :hello:

I_D_B I will add you to the list and Bublin thanks for your idea I will add it to the first post :T

    Good luck!

Everyone else keep at it :D

I'm off to Farmfoods later to get some packed lunch ingredients in. I might buy some Quorn roll - yum. There seems to be a nip in the air so I think I will be pulling out my little food flask as well, excellent for curries and chilli especially if you put the rice on the top as this insulates the sauce better and keeps it hotter for longer.

    Have a lovely day!

Thanks for the 'get well soon' thoughts. I am feeling much better today. Serves me right for not taking a day off last week. I was very ill and didn't want to miss a days work so my body didn't get a rest.

Not working this weekend, so can relax :)

Well done everyone and hello to all the newcomers.

I successfully completed days 2 and 3 so am on target. Had cheese and pickle sarnies on Thursday and a yummy greek salad on Friday.

Bought some stuff today to take pesto pasta on Monday. Yum yum.
