A few things to bear in mind:
- It's recently been calculated that the chances of a PE ignorer having a court case filed against them are approx. 1 in 10, so with luck you'll be among the 9 out of 10 where nothing further happens
- It's possible that some landowners have agreed with PE that they do NOT pursue to court; whether this would be so with Welcome Break I really couldn't say, but it's not beyond the realms of possibility. After all, suing a driver for taking a much-needed rest wouldn't look good in the papers!
- The Beavis appeal will be heard in February, and if PE lose then this may well mean an end to their court claims policy (although of course they might yet win!)Je suis Charlie.0
