eBay didn't stand a chance, been sorting orders for my second job so only just finished... Traffic was a mare too so I was an hour late getting home

Well today has been hectic, but I have been for a swim to try and unwind and I'm about to watch the football... although I may be asleep by half time :rotfl:

Home made lunch today kept costs down but wasn't quite a NSD and won't be tomorrow as I need to fuel the car in the morning. PAD made though of £2.96 to credit card this morning.

Had lots of orders for my second job over the last few days and should have more by the weekend, it's getting busy and I like that a lot! Hubby is still loving his job and has even mentioned doing another overtime shift this weekend, that's a turnout for the books! Hopefully that means he's saving for my Christmas treat :T

The plumber called me earlier today but I missed it and it took me ages to get back through to him, I started panicking that he needed to rearrange and we would have to go another week without properly functioning hot water... turns out his toddler had called me by accident! The joy of touchscreen phones eh? Anyway, he confirmed all is OK for the dates next week so I can relax a little now.

So, for the time being all is very positive in the LMD household, pooch is better and back to her pesky self, hubby enjoying work, money coming in (and going straight back out again!) yup, feels like its back to normal

All I have to do is keep on trying, keep frugal and focused and aim for that date! 1st October... Bring it ON!

Sounds like another busy day for you, well on track though as usual.

Glad the boiler is still staying to timetable as agreed. Hope it all gets sorted quickly.

Well another day done, another PAD made by rounding down £3.21 to credit card... Baby steps!

Today's not been great, I'm missing hubby and the thought of another evening alone whilst he is at work got me down on the way home. I popped to the supermarket and picked up something nice for tea, some salad and antipasti so nothing extravagant but it cheered me up

Off out for tea with a great friend tomorrow so then just Friday to get through but a nice swim should sort me out!

I don't think the weather helps my moods... Bring back the summer!
