I posted to express my opinion about an online shop, I do believe I got a shoe that wasn't right, if it's a mistake, or a return from another customer, I don't know.. but as I said, that's my opinion. None of you have seen or tried the shoes, so you can't really say. I did my best with the pictures, but there's so much a picture can show...0

Precisely. you posted solely to accuse a company of selling fakes, not for advice.
So you aren't interested in possible explanations, you just want to out the company as a seller of fakes.

Didn't realise a forum was just to ask.., so you can't express opinions here without asking??? I think there are plenty of posts expressing just opinions and not asking for anything....0

Ok, now to your heading - really bad service, I think the service of this company is fine, they have allowed you to return the items and you will get your money back - how is that bad service?0

Sorry, but getting an unboxed pair of shoes completely different and both for the same foot (with one being slightly dodgy), is not a good service to me! And they offer free returns as standard, not as a special favour to me. Luckily I didn't need them urgently...0

Why not just send them back, it's patently obvious it's a mistake. Have you never made a mistake ? No need to knock the company really.
Fitflops come in sealed plastic bags, (not boxes) would you expect them to check every bag before posting ?0
