I bought a pair of fitflops on this website last week, when they arrived today they are both for the same foot!! And completely different!! One is (IN MY OPINION) a little dodgy , so be careful if you order Fitflops from them...

Obvioulsy they are going back tomorrow with their free returns service, and will never order from them again.

Accidents happen, they also have a real store, so could easily be a mix up of shoes. On the shop floor, in the warehouse or by a customer.

They are an authorised retailer, so I'd be careful about libel with naming them and suggesting they sell fakes.

    Have you contacted them?
  • Why is one 'obviously a fake'? Can we have a picture please, to see this obvious fake ourselves?
  • I have to say that they have numerous good reviews and a Facebook page full of happy customers. I doubt very much that a website selling fakes would offer "free returns". Just one of those things that happens from time to time and I am sure they will be very helpful and sort things out. In fact looking at their web site I think I am going to order a pair myself now.

I have dealt with Shoetique many times. Never once had a problem, in fact i'd say they're one of the best retailers i've ever dealt with. Fast free delivery and returns and excellent customer service. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I live in my Fitflops, best things ever, i have 5 pairs now ! Recently bought 2 pairs in their sale, just spent 2 weeks walking round theme parks in Florida in them, no sore feet at all !

I took a good look yesterday before packing again for return today, the 2 sandals are completely different.. different materials (both the base and the leather strips, one was leather and the other one some sort of shiny material, not leather), different shape.. I tried both on and one is very comfy (I have another pair), the other one is odd, hard and very unconfortable. They are supossed to be the same model (Lunetta), so it's impossible that they are so different... something is definetely wrong here.

I did order another pair from Cloggs today, hopefully the real thing. Guess I've been just unlucky!

And you are going to show us a picture of these glaring differences, yes?

I've already packed them, but will try to open the packet and take a couple of pictures before taking them to the post office at lunch time.

The "odd" one is really strange!! As I said the strip is not leather but a very odd shiny material.

Will put the pictures this afternoon (if I find out how to do it..)

Fab, that's all we are asking. At the moment it just sounds like you are trying to denigrate a perfectly legitimate company. Hopefully you will also send the pictures to them, to give them the opportunity to find out what has gone wrong.

Perhaps the 'fake' one is from a different style pair. Why would they have one fake shoe?
