This company is just as legit as cloggs. They even have high street stores too.

So it is entirely feasible, one was swapped by a customer, one was swapped on a return, one was an unknown factory 2nd.

They are authorised retailers for many, many brands. So no way would they risk their business selling fakes. Something has gone wrong. You would have been better off just emailing them, than ranting here. Mistakes happen, that doesn't mean their service is terrible. Plus like I've already said, you've accused a bona fida business of selling fakes by name. That's potentially libellous, this stuff all appears on google you know. So it could well effect their business.

Calm down and just speak to them.

I had this with Debenhams - ordered a Helly Hansen, got a Regatta with Helly Hansen labels! Called Debenhams and they arranged a courier to collect it, then emailed me back explaining both items were made in the same factory. HH coat delivered a short while later, no fuss at all ;)

I took the pictures, what's the easiest way of uploading them here?

    I remembered i had a dropbox account, I think it's the same:

    The good one:

    The dodgy one:

Here it can be seen the difference in shape:

I just can't believe the person putting them in a bag and sending them did not realise they were so different and both for the right foot!!
  • The odd one has a metallic finish. They do this style in a metallic finish. Looks like you were sent a non matching pair, but I can't see anything to indicate they are fake.

The 2nd one looks to me like it has been really worn, the flash is distorting the picture. The leather has gone soft and developed a shine. Almost like it is a shop floor sample and lots of feet have been in it. Would also explain the mix up....either that or factory seconds. The grain, stitches and sole seem the same.

Edit or has been said the metallic version, but the stitching, soles and grain is the same. So I wouldn't say fake.

The shape of the sandal is completely different, if you look at the third picture (the one on the right is more curved), so it's not only the strap (which could be VERY worn leather but looked more like material to me..).

Wearing them feels totally different, but obviously that's something I can't prove here, that's the main reason for me to think they are a bit strange.

Trying to find that "shiny" style, I came across this picture:
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/8gmpl0aj6njjbe3/fitflop_lunetta_pewter_womens_1.jpg

Which looks very very similar to mine.. same sort of "worn" leather (very granary). That picture is from a fake fitlops website (from China, lots on ebay..).

In your opening post you mention that one is obviously a fake - now you think its a fake - you are making very serious accusations.
