Ironing bedding???? Are you all loopy??? what on earth for? you get in, you scrat about all night and it looks like a used tissue you'd find in the bottom of your bag!!
Your bed might look like that - mine doesn't (she said, haughtily, with her nose in the air) mind you there's only me...;) so no bedroom 'aerobics' if you get my drift:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
    Bonjour mes amies

It is raining in France. Loving having no real flying to do but I did rearrange all the crockery/glasses in the cupboards here yesterday - OCD?

    Il pleut en Angleterre aussi;)
No - you have done that so that it works for you and is efficient:cool:

DW emptied, washer ran. it bucketed down here last night and doesn't look too promising so Wm is still full of wet washing. Have opened the WM door.

Sometimes lurking though  Hello everyone.

I need to do a whole house emergency clean today. Bit of a crisis that means we may have short notice visitors, a month into my new job when no one else lifts a finger at home - well, its a bit grim in here.

I did quite a lot last night and DS1 did help a little - unprompted! :A

    Hi all

Thank you all for the bedding recommendations, will do some research.

Thunder & lightening here this morning so I'm pleased I cut the grass and got a load of washing dry yesterday. Still it will make the ground soft so I can plant the bulbs for next spring.

GI congratulations on the new mindees

Just decluttering a cuppa and then I'm going to attempt to learn to crochet a granny square.

    Have a great day all

Pluck my tasche :P and eyebrows
Try on wedding dress and sucky-inny underwear together, hope and prey I can get the zip up *everything crossed*
WM x 2 (never flippin' ending)
Scale K2 ironing pile, stick flag on top and claim it in the name of ex-pat Scots :D
    Clean makeup brushes
    Dust EVERYWHERE
    Vacuum EVERYWHERE

    Nip into town for:
    Belt for DS1
Tights for DD and DSD (5 pairs)
    Stockings for me (2 pairs)

Hex~~ I went on strike a few months ago, as I was the only one doing anything in the house, I 'think' it took 7 or 8 days before the penny dropped, as I only did my stuff ie dinner, lunches, wasing, plate washing and such like! you should try it, it works wonders..............:rotfl::j

    So far today
    Whole house hoovered
    Hoover cleaned
    Kitchen floor washed
    Kitchen cleaned
    Toilets bleached and cleaned
    Cat chated to
    Shopping done and put away.
Eby items listed free listing weekend.
    Bacon roll eaten.

Right off to wash my car,
then I have free tickets :money: to a local craft fair, but it is an out doors type event and it is trying to rain...............
If I don't go then I have gardening to do, but again it is raining on and off.....

Valli.. I don't have covers just the sheet (to preserve my dignity :p) and kick off the duvet and I swear OH does cartwheels in his sleep! When I got back from my 1 night in hospital when I had Delilah the duvet looked like someone had thrown it on the bed from the doorway!! AND just to distress me he scrats the poor battered pillows to death every night.. I get new ones every 6 months or so and he gets my old ones because he is so mean to them!

Dot pooped on his mothers hallway carpet. She spread Weetabix everywhere and she had only been out of bed 2 hours!

I still need sleep.. between OH flapping in bed, Delilah wanting feeding and almost falling out of bed when I turned over and the usual pains and cramps I didn't get much rest!

Long term lurker would like to apply to be a fly lady with a wobble.

I have had a very nasty encounter with my cleaner and although shocked at my instant decision to sack her, it is the best thing. the cleaner had been doing a superficial clean so when my husband and I went to do some bits this morning we were very shocked and it is going to take ages to get right.

We have been walking round with our eyes shut. Im another fly lady with health problems, ongoing and can render me to my bed for days. I do get good days though so will attempt some bits then. I have 3 kids/ adults at home so they theoretically can do some but it is like they dont care about the state of the bathroom:eek:

Any how will start on Monday. This weekend I am going to sort my bedroom and ensuite and start to pack for my hospital stay next Sunday:(
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

    MORE victims

    muhahahahaha

Seriously Molly - I know you lurk; welcome to the thread as an official Flylady; sorry you have had to get rid of the cleaner; if you have adults at home maybe they need to start pulling their weight?

I only put the evil cackle there because I'm in charge next week, on supply;)

Welcome Molly41. Sorry to hear your health's not the best. As far as I'm concerned, if it looks clean, it's a lot cleaner than it was before I joined the Flylady thread. :o Just take it gently and don't wear yourself out thinking everything has to be perfect.

OH is pegging out the WM load he put on and then we're off to the chalet to fly there. The last lot left last night and the new people have phoned to say they're already there! Fortunately I know the previous lot always leave it absolutely beautifully clean and all we have to do is pick up the laundry and mow the lawn - if it hasn't already been done. It often has.

Then, ta da, Mrs Dog is going to the beach. For the first time. She's so spaced out at the moment that I think she'll probably think it's an out of body experience. I really, really hope she likes it as much as the original Honey Bear did.
    Better is good enough.
