Still to do on house provided everything happens I have planned booked:
Call from estate agent or I'll chase him in a bit done no news yet will chase and get back to me Tues
Sell double bed after this weekend
Sell TV or take up to here giving one away as quite old and we have lost the remote.
Look at 360 feedback and reply to tutor plus prep for residential too hot to do
Sort out FCA stuff for old work done
DG is on her way back so better pack up the car so we can do battle on the roads hopefully won't be too bad.
I do hope the cabinets got tonight and the sofa tomorrow plus collection of the charity stuff should make the house almost empty. Sad to see it all go but old and served me well end of an era and a new one with DG can start when we get our own place.
We think this might be in a few years back down south possible using my premises for an advise agency. Dreams indeedSave £12k in 25 No 49

Thanks Vandafc it is a huge relief with the boys he's such a lovely friend and the whole family loves them. Thomas went out in the garden and dissaperred from view for 5 min sending his wife into panic but he then reappeared. As the other cat seems fine with them hopefully it is permanent.
Agree I think job was meant to be the new CEO has been very complimentary about my interview and I heard from the person I know he is really nice to work with which is what I want. He complimented me on the way I was spot on with the management questions so that's great all down to my last CEO for teaching me so well.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Bloody cabinets didn't got but not really in the way so leaving them on gumtree. Big wardrobes didn't go either that forces charity was horrible and rude. Sofas gone £120 in my pocket pays for van hire.
All stuff unloaded on London and back now for soak in the bath at my house before joining dg at neighbours house.
Burglary last night across the way in my cul de sac people were asleep when they broke in horrible. Mine was almost empty and dg stayed up until 2am but didn't see anything.
Never any crime around here opportunist police said. Think they stole wallets with cards in.
Tired and will sleep well tonight just need to take rest of stuff down to garage that needs to go to tip or charity shop plus put more in the loft but time tomorrow to do this.

Good bank holiday weekend most of the work done hopefully just one more visit and vets been in touch but to FIL not me no idea why so emailed her back.
Garden still needs doing and greenhouse cleared but got plasterer just need to find out when he can do the work.
Need to order loo seat as well.
Had meeting with new colleague she is really nice and I am taking over from her so she will still be around so I can ask questions etc. Also met with the woman who offered me some work but that's not feasible so happy with my four days.
Sat at my old work trying to do the CMS system god its so boring when I am not taking it forward. Not sure I really can do it. Anyway onwards and upwards also have my leadership course to do but that can be later on and I need to sort my stuff out I took out of my houseSave £12k in 25 No 49

Crikey, I don't call by for a few days and things are really moving on.
It sounds like the cats will settle in due course, it's bound to be strange for them.
Good news on the job:j. Just got to ride out the old one and not burn bridges. The new company sound nice and if you can call on the person leaving to show you around and how things are done, makes it so much easier. I've been working for myself for 25.5 years - can't remember what it's like to be the new person.
I'm happy today - when Stella the Schnauzer died earlier in the year, I'd just paid for some medicines apparently but obviously they weren't needed, so I have a refund of £111.00:D. Nice vets.0 -
No navy rental so looking at standard tenants which is fine just a bit more hassle.
Loo seat ordered still need:
Landlord insurance
Gas safety certificate
Jack can have his operation on the 14/9 I can't be there as on my course but hoping friend can do it.
Plastere booked for today or tomorrow
Decorator fine and on track
Other bits are with friend hopefully he'll still do those soon.
Going back down Monday to sort the rest staying until Weds friend is away so have to stay in house but I'll survive.
Email from FIL yesterday really formal and quite sharp about my share in the business I will now need a solicitor has hoped I wouldn't but they have basically issued more shares to BIL so it's 110 shares in total and ex dh 50 FIL 30 and BIL 30 that gives him/me 45%. It's the premises that's an issue they are changing them into original share holding I'm sure it will all be fine but feel like I need to protect ex dhs interest so will speak to solicitor friend tomorrow and take it from there.
Today is study and tidy up

Bugslet that's a nice vet shame about doggy though are you getting a new one?
Yes I need to handover properly at my old place just hard and the woman who I really need to show doesn't want the system and is quite difficult to work with. Not my problem but life is too short for me to have to fight that battle now I'm leaving and didn't get the job.
I don't mind being new it's a good opportunity to change things.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Well all you can do is show her the ropes and then it's up to her, if she isn't easy to hand over to and you've done your best, you can do no more.
I still have four dogs, so I'll be staying at that for a while. Here she is, in the middle at the top with 3 of the rest of the pack.0 -
Bugslet they are so cute lovely collection of dogs. I was just thinking of my cats how I would have loved them to run up to me when I returned just now. Obviously not safe with all that traffic.
Sorted post office £120 for twelve months reductions for two. Expensive but worth it.
Also got loo seat delivered and sold more things on gumtree incl DG fridge, my old hair straighteners, a sky box and the TV will go Weds. Reduced prices on stuff at house down south.
Calls form cousin of friend who's been helping me with the house. He's lost out on a house and sold his so in three months rental but would like to buy mine. I said no but he might be interested in renting. He needs to be able to serve quick notice which I would be fine with but we shall see I'm not interested in dropping the rent too much.
He can remove excess furniture from the house so that's quite good.
Will stick it on free cycle too.
Still need gas certificate and service of boiler
Sorted a lot of stuff here looks quite tidy and room for the rest when I come back Weds.
Need to make some lunch been low carb for four days nice to be back on track.Save £12k in 25 No 49
