You know far more technical stuff than me ILC. Have only had a laptop for a few years and never had anything else.

DH has only bought some free books wingo. Some old classic ones that he has been wanting for a while. He wants all PG Wodehouse (Bertie Wooster etc) and WW Jacobs books. DD got him an actual book though from a crime series he follows. I won one to review and he wants to read all the rest so she buys him one at birthdays, Father Day and Xmas.

Damp, darkish n misty here too ff ....... and like you, we had heavy rain through the night (checked me 'water pot o'meter' levels in garden this morn, quite high ) but no thunder or lightning. More rain to come me thinks today! At least garden is well watered now.

Gotta keep me windows closed even though it still feels quite muggy else them leggy critters will be visiting big time :eek:

ILC - as member no. 2 of the 'National Lottery Nowt Club', I can report that I also won't be throwing a celebration party at the mo due to dismal results last night :rotfl::rotfl:

Good Morning everyone,

Think it is going to be quite nice here today. Hopefully get all the washing up to date. Have got DS2s bedroom ready for him when he arrives on Mon or Tues. Had a delivery of 4 large heavy boxes from him yesterday to add to what he already keeps here along with DS1s stuff. There will be hardly room for the bed after that goes into the room!

Morning, wet one here today but it saves me watering the plants.Dog is not impressed as he don't like the rain and wants his morning walk...lol. My day off and lots of housework and washing to catch up with. I hope you all have a good day.
