Hope the physio helps ellemm. It helped me when I pulled my neck and back by ...(don't laugh ) falling down a manhole that wasn't covered in the dark! One of the reasons I have a fear of rats now!

Poor kiddies are dropping like flies in school with the sick bug. Some staff have gone home too. I wasn't taking any chances, gloves and aprons at the ready! Will probably still get it though as its usually airborne and changing nappies is the worse!
Came home in time to postie putting red card through letter box! It was a toy that I ordered off amazon (start to my Xmas shopping) and 3 bags of crinkle crisps from bzzAgent to try

Back from shopping now and all put away. Got a nice slow cooker full of veg and have done some mince ready to put dumplings in later.

Forgot to say when I was going for my JS on Wednesday a Royal Mail van had parked on double yellow lines to deliver to one of the offices I think and the nasty parking man came along and not only gave him a ticket but took no less than 4 pics from diff angles. Wonder who will pay that one!

Wingo, I had posted the same pic as you today but it didn't com out, just a small box so must have done something wrong. I do hope that you don't go down with this bug otherwise it will prob pass to your kids as well.

Ellem - glad the xrays didn't show anything major it must be a relief. Hopefully the physio will help a bit.

Must try and do some catching up now before I go back to JS next week.

Nearly deleted a WEM!!!!!!! It didn't look like one it just looked like a normal Dorset Cereal email. It says sorry it is late but I won from the July giveaway and have won a case of mixed granola :j
Looks like everyone else got their WEMs on 22nd Aug so I take it someone missed claiming and there was a redraw. Really pleased anyway. Have also won chips on the McCains Twitter comp so had a nice Fri 13th.

Feeling a bit tired now so having a sit down and trying to catch up!

Fairly pleased with the way decorating is going - but tad dark now and tipping it down so have given up for today - light not so good - will crack on tomorrow, got meself some more paint today, wood filler etc so plenty to keep me busy over the weekend - love it when it all starts to come together

Got meself a mushroom and peppers curry cooking also - looking forward to it It's not cold at all here, just rather wet!!
