Well done to those with some wins today and Happy Birthday to Katie, have a lovely day.

Been to Doc's, got result of XRay, turns out to be "wear and tear" on my spine and nothing to be done other than keep taking pain killers However, clear for Rheumatoid Arthritis which was my worry as a family history of that and everything else is fine.

Also have to get referral to Physio clinic at hospital. which might help.

So although back still sore, feeling more optimistic today

A wee WEM would fairly cheer me up as Postie didn't bring anything!

Hope the Physio helps elle. It helped my DH and he hardly ever has pain now. His pain was really at his neck - caused by wear and tear getting in and out of post vans for many years. Fingers crossed for a nice win for you too. x

DS2 got offered both jobs he went for today. He had to do working interviews which is normal for chefs. He has opted for a fancy seafood restaurant which isn't really his speciality so expect he is hoping to learn some new things while he is there too.

Well done to your DS2 sheils, sounds exciting. My DS2, also a chef, worked in Sydney for 3 months when they went their travels and loved the experience.

Certainly hopeful the physio will help
