Shame you're neighbours aren't doing the Correctly Delivered survey:)
You are correct-the parcel wasn't' Doorstepped:
A 'Doorstepped' item is an item that has been left outside your premises by Royal Mail without prior agreement. An exception to this is 'Heavyweight' items which can be left outside by a delivery person as long as the item is not in view.
since when?0 -
Hi, I have a letter to post on Saturday, which states after 1pm but before final collection. My local post box has 12.30pm as the last collection on Saturdays. Should I post before 12.30pm, as reading here it seems the day is more important than the time it is posted?
Thanks in advance.0 -

I'm doing the correctly delivered survey and just had a neighbour bring round a parcel for us that was delivered to their address instead. Am I right that there is no where for me to mention this on the correctly delivered survey? The postal workers do this all the time but this is the first time it's happened during the survey. I'm tempted to reverse it and say their parcel was delivered to us instead, just to get the point across.
The faq on website says
What is a Door-Stepped item and how do I recognise it?
A Door-Stepped Item is an item that was left outside your premises by Royal Mail without prior arrangement with Royal Mail.
An item is not a Door-Stepped item when it was personally handed to you by your Postman, left with a neighbour or left on your door step by prior arrangement with Royal Mail.
Any items received with the following instructions on the label are permitted to be left outside providing they are left out of sight and somewhere sheltered from the weather. If these requirements have not been met, then the items are to be recorded as Doorstepped.0 -

This is the information on faq on website
When do I post my test items?
Please try to post your items during the time period suggested on your Posting Schedule. If this is not possible, please ensure you post your items before the last collection time.

I have been looking at the faq on the website and was surprised to see that you can opt to have payment quarterly by Western Union bank transfer instead of stamps.
Has anyone tried this method? Would be interesting to know how they calculate the incentive and how well it works. Not sure I would trust them to make the correct payment!0 -
Thanks for the advice. I'll post it before the last collection0
