Just had email to say that we will be receiving extra lovetoshop vouchers for posting parcels ( which we will have do do more frequently). Also sounds like we will have to pay cash to post some of the parcels and be reimbursed with a voucher in the sending pack to cover the cost. Extra prize draw type incentive too.
I got this too, and it doesn't sound good to me - they seem to want us to pay cash whilst they give us vouchers. I know they are slightly over cost for most of the postage, but TBH I struggle to spend L2S vouchers at the best of times. They are accepted at lots of shops but most of them I never shop in and as far as I can tell the only "everyday" shop is Iceland (not one close to me) Whilst I do buy a newspaper at WH Smiths occassionally, if you underspend an L2S voucher and you don't get change, so that is no good to me either. :(

Why can't they offer a choice such as a Paypal credit for those that have it or even luncheon vouchers which you can spend at Tesco. It is like we are being forced to buy our own vouchers, that you may not want in the first place: this could end up costing us money to participate in their survey.

Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.

    Once more.
You were instructed to post after 1pm
If the last collection scheduled for that day was 1pm.
then it isnt expected into the system until the 2nd

If i arrives early, they know the box was cleared late
TNS were informed by Royal Mail that the last collection from post box was before 1pm. My posting schedule said post item after 1pm, which I did.
So my first post asked why did TNS query this with me. The item wouldn't have been collected until the 2nd Jan, which it shouldn't have taken a genius to work out.
If you can't understand what I'm saying then maybe I'm not expressing myself properly.

I understand what you are saying.
Sadly you cannot see there could be a good reason they want you to post after the scheduled last collection.
Collection performance is monitored daily in RM,on both a local and national scale.
Any failed/missed/early/late collection(Via the PDA scanners) must be explained.
However that system relies on the PDA tracking. So for example a driver scanning a box but no emptying it(as its quicker!) would meet the scanning requirement, but not the actual collection schedule.

I cannot find my link to the site. Would you be able to post it here?
It's really easy to default to cynicism these days, since you are almost always certain to be right.

anyone looking to join might want to do so as I've received the following email

    Dear Panellist,

The Royal Mail panel is expanding to enable us to better measure the wide variety of mail types that Royal Mail deliver.

This means we need to recruit additional panellists in all areas of the country.

If you know of anyone interested in participating in the measurement, please direct them to one of our self-recruit websites as detailed below.

For private individuals posting stamped test items in their local area and receiving test items to their home address, go to https://rmpri.research-int.com

For businesses that can meter-frank their outgoing mail and receive test items to their business address, go to https://rmbus.research-int.com

Perhaps the OP" 3010" of this thread might be able to include the links in the opening post while the panel get some extra recruits

    LEJC -

I came here to post the survey invite information too.

They'll recruit more people and there will be even more people not knowing what they are doing (like putting posting times and place on the front of the envelope - I got one of those today). Perhaps TNS could include in the training material what not to do as well as what to do.
