I assume it is unaddressed mail survey then it should be 3 weekly post the 1st mon after each week. If it's not then I haven't been part of any other survey I'm afraid..

It's usually several weeks of "training", sending mail to the same recipient (who shall not be named ) followed by several-times-per-week to various other panellists over the next six months.

I think it's worth contacting them for your diary if you didn't receive one - they may have spares.

I got a diary today and I'm currently on my 6 months rest period - got one last year as well. Some useful world maps in the back so I might actually keep it this time

Nudge, I did a Undelivered Mail Survey for 2 weeks before the Christmas break but apart from that I have being resting since November 2013. I cannot complain I like to receive a FREEBIE every now and again.:j
