  • Just wondered whether anyone has had their incentive stamps for Feb yet?
I got my Jan incentives on Dec 7th, so 5 weeks ago, just had my posting pack for week beginning 20th Jan and no stamps yet.
Is it random when they send them out or is it usually every X amount of weeks?

    TIA

I received the incentives on: 12 October (postings w/c 21 September); 5 November; and 6 December.
I'd expect the February incentive within the next seven days.
It may be that they are just catching up with things after the Christmas and New Year Holiday period when the office was closed.

Same here. I've been rested since early December but was pleasantly surprised to get the email today. I was equally pleasantly surprised to get the 2014 diary in the post last week.

Same here, but no postal pack yet :-(
No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!

    since when?

Since the product was launched, but it's called 'Big Book' rather than 'Heavyweight'.

Big book & Heavyweight are 2 different products
up to 1.5kg for BB,and 3kg for Heavyweight

    The definition is discreet location.

it would appear that ive now completed my 7 week retraining period...although IMHO the training goes nowhere to describe what the actual live postal panel will be like.

of the 7 week retraining(ive been a panelist for maybe 5 years and rested several times)I was only actually asked to post in 3 of those weeks the standard 2 letters with no complications.

The last actual posting I had was christmas and boxing day...so I was beginning to wonder if perhaps I was about to be sidelined as each week since has been empty...until lo and behold I check the website for next week....9 to post!!!

There are a mixture of times locations inserts and whilst I'm not fazed by it it has made me wonder that if new recruits to the panel get a similar number of items to deal with on their first week live then its no wonder mistakes can and do occur.

Oh how I wish our lovely panel of experts would actually make more use of the training time to include different senarios rather than sporadic sending of the same items....proper use of the time would make it all a little less daunting for new recuits when they join the panel proper!!!!

  • I tried to sign up for this last week but didn't get any sort of confirmation email or anything like that - is that usual?
  • I have just started training for the very first time. I have two items to send to West Bromwich. I posted the first today and the second one tomorrow which I have to post at a post office.

Does this mean hand it over at the counter or just use the post box inside the post office please.

I have only just received my training guidelines and they don't say anything about what to do at the post office.

I also see that I should have noted the letter box ID I used today so I will have to go back tomorrow and get it,

Advice about what they mean by posting at post office would be appreciated. Thanks

You use the postbox outside (or inside) the post office. You only have to worry about handing things over the counter when they won't actually fit inside a post box, but you won't get anything like that while you're training.

    Welcome to the team!

I'm a new starter too, and was just wondering if the post office has to be in the same postcode as I am? Ironically one in a different post code is closer to the one in the same.
