I just have the option for SMART returns there also, and was never sent any tape :(
I've had one the first time I was asked to send a cube, each stint on the panel. Ordinary cellotape from a well-known office supplies brand. The second and third rolls are untouched...

I use my excess white labels as labels.... on the rare occasions that the sheet is still flat enough to run through a printer.
I need to think of something new here...

I thought likewise until I got my post pack last week. It contained a letter from TNS, which clearly stated that presentation packs would be sent every 3 months. I have contacted TNS and will advise as soon as I have a response

As SL decided not to share his reply from TNS, I contacted them for clarification & received the following reply

"I can confirm that there are no special arrangements made with any panellists. All panellists are treated fairly and equally.

The Presentations stamps are sent to panellists once you receive your first live posting pack and then when you finish your six month period."

He was the only person on here who appeared to have received the letter saying these packs would be issued 3 monthly, so perhaps he will now let us know if he received a different reply.

  • Hi All,

How long after finishing a 'stint' does it take to get the end of participation presentation pack. TIA
  • I got mine with my last posting pack along with next month's stamps and another set of first class stamps. (that's one presentation pack, 24 first class stamps and 8 large letter stamps)
  • I got ordinary book of regular 1st class and large letter 1st class at the start. What is this "presentation pack" you speak off? Is it that attached leaflet from RM?

Also what is the volume of work like? Do I get one batch per month or get multiple batches?

I'm guessing first month is a trial and they just ask you to receive 1 batch and send 1 batch to TNS HQ to make sure you're following the instructions.

You will receive a Presentation Stamp pack when you go on the live panel after training and then another one at the end of the 6 months on the live panel. (You only get the ordinary stamps at the start of training)
You get a posting pack (batch) per week it might that be 1 or 2 items to post that week, it might be 5 or 6.
I think training is more like 6 weeks but varies
    - Mortgage: 1st one down, 2nd also busted
    - Student Loan gone
Swagbucks, Mingle, GiffGaff, Prolific, Qmee & Quidco; thank you MSE every little bit helps

They are sets of stamps (usually one example of each of several different value stamps) of a special theme - say British butterflies. Some people like to collect these as they come in a cellophane pack and probably a bit of explanation about the theme.
  • Is anyone having trouble entering sent items on the TNS website?

I've spoken with TNS but it didn't resolve the problem. The last collection time is being shown on the website as 7.00am (the last collection IS 7.00am on Saturday, but Mon to Fri it is 5.00pm).

I keep getting a message saying 'invalid entry, please retry' - but I have retried several times, and the message keeps re-appearing.

I am wondering whether to ring them again, or try to enter the item tomorrow.

I tried at 13.20 hrs today and was on final part and would not let me complete the task. I think they must have issues at the moment.

Phoned them at 15.30 hrs and they advise their system is down and they cannot enter details themselves. Suggest later tonight or tomorrow.
