I guess that makes sense! I've been on the panel for about 4 years and I don't mind doing the full survey every 6 months, it's going to the delivery office to collect the odd box that puts me off slightly.

I've never had to fetch any TNS item from the delivery office, or indeed requested to have it "delivered again", be it a parcel, box, cube or grey/black poly bag full of cardboard and polystyrene.

Only got a standard size letterbox and my postie always gets the poly bag, "properly done" FAT jiffy or DVD/CD box through it - just as it should be possible.
For boxes and cubes I've told him where he can leave them IF there is no answer at the door and accordingly I get a "Red Card" similar to this



through the letterbox with the "Safeplace" option ticked

I've just finished an 18 month stint on the panel. My last letter went in the post box this morning and I've posted back an unused SMART. I will miss doing the survey as I enjoy it. 18 months was a long time but my family enjoyed receiving the free stamps.

Some things I find frustrating at TNS but after being on their books for a few years have got used to them by now.

If the panelist who sent me this little note is reading this - your item went through the system OK and I've just returned the SMART that you sent me to TNS.

"Should be HNLR but I don't have it and TNS want this returned!". Sounds like you got frustrated with this one.

Have fun everybody, it looks like I have the summer free from postal surveys :-)

Hi! Im new to the testing panel (never got past training before!) one of my smarts in the list is red and says to return to LI, do i just pop it in the envelope they sent me before and send it back? Thanks

You also have to click the manage smart and return to remove it from your list:)

I have found a good outlet for my stamps by selling them to my MIL who sends lots of cards at Christmas.

Hi I have just had an email asking me to join. Is it hard to do? I am already doing the World Mail Panel where I just enter items received and post letters back - which I enjoy and is quite easy. Bit worried this one might be a bit confusing for me.
