Not entirely sure how you think I'm meant to post a cube other than at a post office - they tend to be a little large for the average post box.

The tape I received looked exactly the same as the roll of parcel tape I'd previously bought and it stuck the cube with no trouble at all.

I've been sent loads of cubes and boxes to post and have never been sent any tape to do so! How do I order it?

It was enclosed in my sending pack the same time as the cube, without me having to ask for it, but I would imagine if you click on 'Request Stationery' there will be an option for you to request it there.

I've just tried it for you and the only option showing for me is 'Request Smart return envelopes', but I expect they will know that I've already got a nearly-full roll of tape and won't need more as my time is coming to an end and I won't be getting anything else to post.

Try ordering another roll of tape and what happens. I suggest you will be pleasantly surprised lol !

Suggest you send an em or phone TNS for your sellotape if you can't do it online.

I just have the option for SMART returns there also, and was never sent any tape

Juno, you need to email or telephone them and ask for some (it's a freephone number).

It must be a mistake/oversight because they would not expect you to use your own.

Looks like one of mine :rotfl: but serriously if done properly, the white labels are just as good as sellotape.
