"Ooh! Just received the Golden SMART for the £100 vouchers. So pleased as I'm just recovering from a horrible heavy cold and feeling a bit low. What a great surprise "

Well done elsien - now we all know we have to wait another month for our chance.

Elsien is quoting GetRealBabe's post from February, to prove that someone on here has won the golden smart.
  • I've been on the panel for about 5 months and I've won two £10 vouchers.
  • Hi! I am meant to be posting my next letter on Monday however I have only received my two smarts and not the actual things to post yet. I did notice i received a slip to pick a package up as was too big for my letterbox so not actually sure if that is it and the postman didnt try too hard lol! What will happen though as I can't pick it up until Monday and will miss the last post. Should I email them to let thrm know it hasnt arrived as I am in the training stage and don't want them to think Im not doing it properly. Thanks so much for your help!

Just do it the following week. As long as you stick to the same day of the week it'll be fine.

    Hi Kazzybabes!

As Elsien said, you'll be fine to post it next Monday. TNS are ok with panellists posting a week later, provided it is posted on the same scheduled day of the week.
It wouldn't hurt emailing them to say that you've not received your posting pack yet, although you suspect it could be the item that is waiting for you at the delivery office...... just in case it isn't! Once you've picked up the item from the delivery office and know what it is, you can always send a follow-up emaIl confirming whether it is or isn't indeed the posting pack. I had a similar thing happen whilst i was in my training period and also didn't want them to think I wasn't doing it properly! No harm in keeping them informed, if anything it shows that you want to do a thorough job!
TNS usually send the posting packs out a good couple of weeks in advance of the scheduled posting date to give us plenty of time to retrieve it from the delivery office (if need be) and prepare the item, so it definitely is late!
    Hope that helps hun.
    Happy posting! ;)

The posting pack should go through (unless you have a smaller than usual letterbox) and TNS split it into 2 packs if you have a lot of packages to make up. If you do have to go to pick it up and that costs you (bus fare?) then tell TNS, you might get something back.
I need to think of something new here...
