Contact TNS for advice and escalate to them as they appear to be taking the mickey. Ask them to lessen what they are asking you to do. I did his a few months ago and it worked.

With regard to SMARTS, do TNS know the time they were put into the postbox, or do the SMARTS only record the time they have arrived at the sorting office?

They only record at (equipped) DO's/hubs/Mail centres.

No gold SMART but in the four years be been on the panel I've won twice in the draw.

I've won once too. You quite often have posters pop up on here saying they've won.

I've been on the panel for four years but have never won. I'm quite relaxed about it though as I enjoy receiving stamps, diary, mini eggs and L2S vouchers.

I have been doing the survey for 4 years and won the draw twice. I have never seen a post from anyone who has won the golden smart.
