Might be worth emailing them with a gentle reminder although I find it usually takes about 3 weeks before the extra £2 arrives.

Hey all

Newbie question so apologies if it's been asked loads of times but there 8.5K posts in this!

So I've just started training and first brown jiffy envelope to be posted at a post office tomorrow.
Its already stamped so does this mean I can simply put it in the post box at the post office or does it have to be handed over at the counter and I get a receipt for it?

You just put it in the post box outside the post office. No receipt or queuing necessary.

Thank you Red. I've been in an email battle with them for ages, originally about vouchers that I should have received in May, although that has been sorted now. This one was for a cube posted first week in December, even with Christmas and new year bank holidays i reckon it's slightly overdue!!! I'm just waiting on a reply to the email I sent them last week about the December ones.

Got a red card through door saying signature required. Could this be my first pack (not done the survey for last couple of years). I don't think I got anything I had to sign for before.
Looked on track and trace and posted in Hartlepool so not sure if it is my new welcome pack or not.

I've just had an email saying my current stint finishes in four weeks. I'm feeling quite relieved as I've been on the panel for 18 months straight as there were no other people willing to do it in my area.

I enjoy it but will welcome the break

Has anyone received their Feb stamps yet? I received my posting pack for w/c 6th Feb today but no stamps.
