Looked on track and trace and posted in Hartlepool so not sure if it is my new welcome pack or not.

Hey V,
You're right in thinking that, posting packs aren't generally sent with a signature required. The only thing I've had to sign for from TNS is for the incentive vouchers from posting a parcel at post office and doing the correctly delivered survey (both in same envelope!). And that was only because I asked them to post it signed delivery as I had failed to receive the vouchers when they originally sent them.
What could it be I wonder?!!
Well, I hope its something nice! Lol!
Take care and happy posting!!

This one was for a cube posted first week in December, even with Christmas and new year bank holidays i reckon it's slightly overdue!!! I'm just waiting on a reply to the email I sent them last week about the December ones.

In my experience the £2 incentive is usually received after around 4 weeks, but I think this might also be dependent on when the recipient inputs the data online. So, for example, if the recipient is red carded but then fails to collect (or fails to have the parcel redelivered) for some time (perhaps because they are on holiday) then this might result in a longer delay.0 -
If you don't get them, then chase TNS.0

Really? I've been on the panel for four years and have only ever received presentation stamps at the start and finish of every six month period.0
-
Because I have it easily to hand at the moment..
The panelist guide states "Presentation Stamps - We will send you one presentation pack when you begin the survey and another upon completion of 6 months"
That isn't the same as 1 every 3 months.- Mortgage: 1st one down, 2nd also busted
- Student Loan gone
Swagbucks, Mingle, GiffGaff, Prolific, Qmee & Quidco; thank you MSE every little bit helps0 -

I thought likewise until I got my post pack last week. It contained a letter from TNS, which clearly stated that presentation packs would be sent every 3 months. I have contacted TNS and will advise as soon as I have a response0 -
That old chestnut again.
Here's what it says in the guidelines:
Presentation Stamps – We will send
you one presentation pack when you
begin the survey and another upon
completion of 6 months.

Suggest that we wait for TNS's response. Please remember that they are incompetent and are not to be trusted.0
