I GLAD MY 6 MONTHS HAS COME TO AN END... it has not been worth it this time around I am having to post 6 plus items every week including 3 cubes in one week, visits to the post office, paying for stamps and receiving vouchers. I have also been receiving at least 5-6 items per day now for about 5 weeks, I have not been able to keep up with the admin required for the small reinburse of stamps. It seems ages since i received my last stamps and all i got was one presentation set an old set at xmas.

I will not be doing it again too much hassle, time and stress.

I have been doing the survey for 4 years and won the draw twice. I have never seen a post from anyone who has won the golden smart.

i won it 2 months ago

I don't blame you. Have you tried escalating to TNS ? I did this a few months ago and surprise surprise, they suddenly stopped the volumes. Another suggestion is that you be 'creative' with your 'holiday' timelines.

    HTHs.
  • I finished the Correctly Delivered survey in early Jan, but no sign of L2S voucher. I've emailed TNS.

I've also been invited back on to the main panel after a few months off.

    Hi Luckwudaveit,
I finished the correctly delivered survey on 22nd Jan and received my vouchers in yesterday's post.......yet still haven't received my vouchers for posting a cube on 7th Dec! Still waiting on a response to my email chasing it up.

  • Hi! I am a wee bit confused, I'm currently in training and have this week been sent the 2 smarts, envelope and a cube to post. The smarts have the training id on them but one of them actually looks like a real smart with a wee chip thing on it while the other one is cardboard. I then got another envelope with what looks like 2 proper smarts to keep and that is it. All the things i need to post arrived in the one bag but i can see no R number to say I received it. The other weeks I received the smarts seperately from the posting schedule and they had R numbers to register them as received. Hope this makes sense lol! Thanks for any help :)

They do use old dead smarts for 'outward' training postings as well as the cardboard fake ones, don't worry it has the training code on it which is all that matters.

If they have got other codes on rather than the training smart code you are probably nearing the end of your training so they have been sent to you ready for some of your first live postings, this is normal if you are going to need more smarts for postings than you are scheduled to receive from other panelists.

The posting pack, ie a grey or black plastic envelope containing the items you need to prepare and post out (lets call them 'outward' postings), doesn't need logging in as received as you are preparing the items contained within and posting them out, the people receiving those items you post log them in as that journey is what is checking the system, not your posting pack issuance from west brom to you.

These were 'received' training postings at the moment they are from west brom to you but on the live panel these will be from other panelists and are what is testing the system, ie did it get from the sending panelist to the receiving panelist within the anticipated timescale and condition.

    Hope that clarifys things
