I have posted some xmas cards in my local Asda post box. The post box, which is very large, was jammed full of post. I just managed to get my cards into it. It is very clear to me that nobody from Royal Mail had emptied the box for a period of time and I wish to escalate to someone at Royal Mail. Does anyone please know who I should escalate to ?

By the way, there is a post office very close to Asda.

So close you still jammed them in the box?

Collections are monitored and increased in the xmas pressure period.
However guess what? If a lot of people go to a box (and not that nearby post office) then boxes can fill up very quickly in high footfall areas.
Would Asda on a Saturday in December come under such a scenario?
However you most common posted word seems to be complain, so I suggest you do just that.

No,you have 'escalated' it to a member of staff.
  • When you're taken back on after a resting period, do you have to re-enter your posting methods, or are all your settings saved from your previous stint?

    Saved from before.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

If you read through this thread you will find the various answers people have given but if you look on the TNS site they actually tell you to say "foam".

I have to say I have never been asked about the contents - perhaps I am just lucky with my local PO.
  • Thank you elsien.
