  • A little warning to other participants so they don't get the same disappointment I just have: I received a gold coloured SMART with a letter saying some lucky customers will receive a gold SMART meaning they're won £100 in vouchers. However when I emailed TNS they told me I hadn't actually won anything. I thought that was a pretty cruel trick just before Christmas!

    With regs diary, I suggest that you escalate to TNS. Please refer to my previous posts, where I have mentioned the diary. Last day at work today before I start my xmas holidays.
