  • A little warning to other participants so they don't get the same disappointment I just have: I received a gold coloured SMART with a letter saying some lucky customers will receive a gold SMART meaning they're won £100 in vouchers. However when I emailed TNS they told me I hadn't actually won anything. I thought that was a pretty cruel trick just before Christmas!

In my experience the mail has not been delayed in previous years. I wonder if it is because there are less staff this year.

Never associate with idiots on their own level, because, being an intelligent man, you'll try to deal with them on their level - and on their level they'll beat you every time.

Being hated by idiots is the price you pay for not being one of them.
