Did you actually receive the email from them saying you would be restarting or are you assuming, as it is 6 months since you finished?
I had the e-mail a while back saying I would restart in the week commencing 5th Dec. So I was expecting the pack on Sat 2nd Dec. The webpage is now showing I have test items for 13th and 14th Dec - so I guess I should get some training stuff this week.
I need to think of something new here...

Yes, got the training package yesterday, still waiting for the smart though, posting the same dates as you. Guess another month for training! :(
  • What is the most number of smarts you have ever had in your possession?
I currently have 17! 10 ready to use. 1 associated and 6 awaiting stock check. I have never had more than 4 in the past before they have asked for them back. I only have 2 items to post next week and only one needs a smart.

Where do they all come from ? I am currently sending and receiving around 2 items per week, no spare SMARTs - I received one this morning which completed next week's postings.
  • Recently I had about 14 SMARTS in my queue. They asked me to return some then they themselves sent 2 that I would need this week and next week.
I had been receiving mostly from other panel members but this was the 1st time they had sent me some spares.

Re sending cubes or boxes via APL....

my local WHS PO has now installed self tilling which can be used to counter the staff asking what is in it or raising a eyebrow. Learn how to use them and next time you can start using them.

DO NOT CONTACT TNS otherwise you will be removed from the survey. Just pretend to be dumb and admit nothing. With luck nothing will happen.

Suggest you pretend that item was posted directly to you by quoting R number and Smart.

I am sending 2 or 3 a week but seem to be receiving them daily from other panellists. I am sure at some point they will realise and ask for them back. I am surprised though as they do keep sending out the paperwork saying they are short of smarts.

Just ignore any messages from TNS. You will find that smarts, which they say to be returned, will suddenly show as 'in stock' the following week.

    TNS are an awful company.
