I just opened my grey plastic posting packs for the next two weeks (three of them), only to find one of them was actually an item from another panellist containing the R number sheet, a SMART and the piece of cardboard that usually goes inside a jiffy bag (no extra paper though). I've emailed TNS about it - really hope they have a word with the panellist concerned. The quality of panellists seems to be getting worse IMO :(

I finished my training weeks ago after my rest period they then told me they were oversubscribed and would be in contact soon - they said my training went better than expected (probably because I had done it before).
I have heard nothing now for weeks - I wonder if they have forgotten about me?

The Post Office did eventually answer my question regarding the opening hours & they differ from online times which means that even though the shop is open the Post Office counter isn't.

mine is one of the few stores that I know of that actually have the PO counter manned. I went in today to hand over some ebay items and got proof of posting. But the parcels wont be collected by RM until tomorrow as normal.

I received a cube box from the postie this week that the sender hadn't sealed - they had just folded the box bits in on each other. When I got it the box was open and damaged. I contacted TNS who said that as my secret identity has now been leaked to Royal Mail then I would be taken off the survey scheme!:mad:So I have to miss out because someone else can't send an item securely?! I hope TNS deal with them too :mad:

I was told I couldn't be on the survey scheme anymore too, because an envelope I received had not been sealed and it was supposed to contain a SMART but it didn't :(
I really miss doing it. I use a lot of stamps and they really came in handy lol

During this stint I started retraining in January and on the main panel following this. During that time there have been a couple of items of information (without R numbers} that are showing that I should receive.

Up to date, received no mags or anything else from TNS. Has anyone else found similar?

I got that at the start of my current stint; the mag started arriving in Month 3, around 6 weeks after it was on the website.
I need to think of something new here...

Received two emails from them today, both questioning my posting of cubes and not entering the details. I know one is outstanding and it will be posted on Wednesday but the other time frame they're querying I couldn't remember, checked the online schedule and they didn't send me a cube to post that week!
