Yeah, I received a letter roughly along the same lines. I will wait till this Friday and whatever isn't showing (that isn't new) I'll just return.....to me these smarts feel like tracking devices, which make me wanna get rid of them asap hahaha...0 -
Ive been doing this survey on and off for a number of years now. But never have I seen so many items which have either no stamps on them or no wad of paper inside. Senders seem to be getting worse. My latest example was a medium box received this week with the date and time to be posted written on the front and 9 first class stamps on it. Not the metered APL as stated on the insert.[STRIKE]30:22[/STRIKE]

I have had similar arrive today. Date and time to be posted written just above the postage stamps, also it was a cd/dvd box but according to the sheet of paper inside it should have been a cube with APL postage!0 -
As the number of incorrect items seems to be increasing, it would appear that TNS do not take any notice of the information recorded by the receiver and deal with the sender!
In my opinion it would be better if they removed them from the survey rather than members who through no fault of their own are "outed".0 -

I have been on the survey for a number of years now, a couple of weeks ago I was due to send 2 cubes, 1 stamped and 1 APL. When I was preparing them I realised that I had been sent 2 cd/dvd boxes so it looks like a lot of wrong items have been sent out. I contacted TNS and they sent me the correct cubes and I posted the following week. Still no reply as to what to do with the 2 stamped dvd boxes though:rotfl:0 -

Surely that's a very stupid thing to do? So they basically fork out their own 9 stamps that they won't get back...can't understand that kind of logic apart from pure incompetence....:rotfl:0 -

NO, not at all (just trying to be clever)
Instead of spending their own CASH on an APL which is then reimbursed by way of LOVE2 vouchers, they have used the 1st class stamps sent to them by TNS as the reward for doing the mail survey in the first place - no doubt they have a surplus or no use for them.
Hopefully the receiver reporting the fact that the package did not have the APL attached as required will get the poster kicked off the panel.....
... which would be a fit and apt reward because of their stupidity in trying to "defraud" TNS

Ahhh I see, that's a clever way of trying to profit. Hopefully they get caught. Thanks for the enlightenment.0 -
I am getting a bit frustrated now as TNS have queried every item I have posted in the last 2 weeks! I have now had an email querying a posting from 23rd April - how can I remember the time I posted this item! They are saying that my posting date and the smart date are different! I emailed them to ask why all the queries and have had no reply!
Also I sent a pic of a post box to confirm the last posting time - they amended it but now it has gone back to the old time - aaarrrgghhhh!!
Wondering if its worth all the hassle of these last few weeks? No buying toiletries challenge - possibly for most of 2011,2012,2013,2014,2015!

I have had a few queries from TNS with regards items that I have posted over a few years. I always respond by telling them that my original posting entries are correct and that I have not made any mistakes.
Good old TNS lol !0
