I'm not sure if this is anything to do with this more looking for opinions, this morning I went to post a cube, my local PO has moved into a convenience shop & I was told PO doesn't open till 9. I checked the opening times online & it says 0500-2200 on a Saturday.

So I'm a bit confused tempted to email PO & ask what the opening times should be because I would have thought opening times meant that was hours PO desk was manned.

    What do you think?

Are those the times on the PO site?

I returned to the scheme after my 6 months rest and completed the second training in just over 2 weeks then got an email saying the will be in touch when there is space in my area.

Why did they start me on the second training then?

Exactly the same has happened to me!

Yes. I did think they were a bit strange but I have used the shop late & noticed PO was still open after 2100.

Johnmoney05 I think I might give that a miss lol

Grateful for any help. The SMART I've been asked to associate I don't have in my possession. I've missed the posting date, so am planning to post out at the same time next week. I've emailed Royal Mail to ask what to do about the SMART, but haven't had a response. Any ideas?

it may be in the post on its way to you, otherwise there is an option to select another smart from your stock when preparing the posting so just do that and pick another one.

It can be open all night. The last access time is whats key.
Being open after the mail is collected is only storing mail for the next working day.

I have been on live for just a month. I have got 8 SMARTS in my possession. 4 of which I have to post. This will be my first time of posting the SMARTS. My question here is do I post one SMART per SAE or can I put two or as many as I can fit in them.

    Tnx in advance.

    Hi

You can put I think it's up to 8 in each return envelope.

If you check the website on the previous Friday - click on "Manage My SMARTS" and it will tell you which SMART to put in which envelope. Then when you click on the item in the list to say you have prepared it - the web page will ask you to confirm which SMART you used. Remember all the training SMARTS were ABCD - the live ones have individual codes.

If"Manage My SMARTS" says there are SMARTS to be returned, then as GRB said - you can put them together in the prepaid envelope (the foil lined one) to TNS.
